I’m Courtney, a registered nurse and mom of four who understands the constant hustle of balancing a busy family. I’ve struggled to find healthy, truly nutritious and convenient snacks that fit our hectic schedule. Frustrated by the lack of options and driven by a desire to nourish my family and my community with food I could feel good about, I took matters into my own hands.
